Very good hamburgers! in my top 5! also the cevapcici very tasty. Good menu to choose from. Good whine, 1 kind of beer. For the kids they have water or cola, no fanta. Service is good, although I had the feeling that they can use some extra staff. But when on vacation, I'm not in a hurry. vaš lokal sem skupaj s prijatelji obiskala in želim izpostaviti neprijetno izkušnjo, ki smo jo imeli ob obisku.

Najprej bi rada pohvalila kakovost hrane in pijače, ki sta bili res odlični, vendar pa je celoten vtis pokvaril neprimeren odnos natakarja in nejasno navajanje cen. Ob naročilu smo opazili, da se cene v meniju razlikujejo od cen, ki so bile kasneje zaračunane na računu. Ko smo na to opozorili, je natakar arogantno pojasnil, da naj bi bile cene v meniju veljavne le v primeru nakupa vina “za s sabo”, kar pa v meniju nikjer ni navedeno.

Menimo, da gre v tem primeru za zavajajoče obveščanje gostov, kar je nesprejemljivo, saj gost upravičeno pričakuje, da bo plačal ceno, ki je navedena v meniju. Poleg tega nas je neprimeren in nespoštljiv odnos natakarja dodatno...
