Really good stop-by bistro together with the fuel station.

They have both prepared meals and sandwiches, and beverages of all sorts. They even have soups. The food was tasty, and the prices are OK.

There are people, but it is not crowded.

The toilet usage is not free, but it is refundable. (though not if you only fill in the gas in your car, you should also buy something to eat/drink).
