Wonderful understated and tasty traditional Slovenian and Austrian cuisine right by the Dobrava parking lot of the Vintagar Gouge.

The food, drink, and dessert selections were all awesome and affordably priced. We had the pork roast with potatoes. The pork was very tender and juicy and the potatoes cooked just right in texture and aroma. The amount of sauce/juice were just right to add flavor to the food without drowning it.

We also had the štruklji with cheese and cranberries which is in my picture. This is a traditional Slovenian sweet dumpling made of thin sheets of dough rolled with cheese and then topped with sugar and cranberry jam. It's really delicious and filling. A perfect meal before...

Visited this restaurant with my husband and our parents as well as our dog. We were sitting on the terrace with stunning view around us. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The lady spoke English which was very helpful. Also, she offered some water to our dog. Die Karte bestand aus 3 Seiten, bei denen Vegetarier traurig werden. Es gab Pommes, Salat (machte den Zutaten entsprechend nicht satt) und diese traurige Gemüse Pfanne mit Grillkäse. Nichts davon hat auch nur ein einziges Gewürz zu Gesicht bekommen und hat einfach so fad geschmeckt. Ach und vorne weg gab es als „Gruß aus der Küche“ einen Korb mit Brot. Erwartet haben wir Baguette, pizzabrötchen, frisches Brot, das kennt man ja und freut sich immer drüber. Was mit bekamen war Weißbrot aus der Tüte die schon ein paar Stunden oder Tage offen stand. Unser Nachbartisch hat noch Essig und Öl bekommen. Wir leider nicht. Alles in allem wird man fast satt, glücklich aber nicht. 12€ haben wir für diesen Teller bezahlt.
