Waited for a margherita for more than 20 minutes, and when I finally got it (just about to demand my money back and leave), it was something round, no trace of basil or any other spice - only some tomato and lots of cheese (some generic industrial cheap cheese, no mozzarella), except for lots of salt. And chewy like rubber. Now, let me teach you something about italian food. When you try a new pizzeria, you always order the simplest one first - Margherita. If that is bad, everything else is not worth trying. Next - Italians don't use salt (much) - it is making the taste stronger when a cook makes tasteless food - a good cook makes food tasty with a choice of spices and good ingredients - salty food is a sign of a lousy cook. Third - if you see there is a wiener sausage as one of the ingredients on ANY of their pizzas - just walk away - the cook hasn't got a foggiest idea.
