My friends and I visited this place three Mondays in a row at 8:00 p.m. Ordering was very inconvenient as every time we wanted to order a drink from the drink menu, the waitress remarked that they ran out of the drink we chose. The first Monday they ran out of the hot chocolate and the mulled wine, the second Monday of the ginger tea, and the third Monday of the white-hot chocolate and the fruit tea. Waren Abend gegen 20:45 Uhr dort zu 6 Personen. Kellnerin hatte wohl keinen Lust zu arbeiten... War unfreundlich und meinte Sie hätte keinen Carte als wir nach Cocktails fragten... Genervt sagt Sie sie hätte nur Spritz mit verschieden Geschmack, Alkoholfreie Cocktail Fehlanzeige und Sie war dazu genervt dass ich danach fragt. Haben lange auf den Getränken gewartet... Dann 15 Minuten vor 22h kam sie zum kassieren und als wir fragten nach eine 2 Runde sagt sie nein Sie schließt. Toll. Die jungeDame sollte sich dringend einen neuer Job suchen und eine Schulung machen über Umgang mit Kunden, sie arbeitet in einen Dienstleistung. Oder verdienbt das Laden so viel dass man sich die Kunden aussucht und 10 Minuten raus schmeißt idem man das Licht auf der Terrasse ausmacht und demonstrativ die Tischen putzt??? Die Dame war der halben Zeit hinter der Theke am Handy und telefoniert!!!! Aber keine Getränke Karte...
