Review: Gostilna Grad

Together with my friend Tone, I visited Gostilna Grad and was delighted with both the food and the atmosphere. We tried the breaded and fried chicken, which was simply excellent—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

We also enjoyed a green salad with beans and a mixed salad with beans, both dressed with homemade pumpkin seed oil. To complement the meal, we had half a liter of homemade šviček, which paired perfectly with the food.

The restaurant offers many other specialties, but the fried chicken is truly a must-try. I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying this...

We stopped here on our last night in Slovenia and were not disappointed.

Parking at the restaurant is difficult but luckily there's a parking lot a 5 min walk away.

Everything we had was delicious. The mushroom soup, the salad II, the fried chicken, trout with garlic sauce and the mashed potatoes.
