TL:DR Food is terrible, waiters are arrogant and slow.

So..it started with an ad on the radio. "If you like good food, come to Jurman". So I took my girlfriend for a Sunday lunch there. We sat down by the table that was messed up from the previous visitors. The waiter came and asked us to sit to one table that was already prepared. Since it was no problem we did. The moment we relocated the waiter started to brag to the other waiter, how he moved us so he doesn't have to clean the table and prepare it for us. And he was standing literally 2m from us. I was annoyed by the lazy waiter but I decided not to blame restaurant because one idiot. So we ordered meat plate for two persons. It took some time but after a while we receved the plate. First thing that I noticed was generic frozen mixed vegetable that was just cooked, with no color or flavour. Then the meat was cold, like completly cold. Not even warm. The potatoes were raw and everything had that generic flavour of Vegeta. When we complained that food was cold and raw, the waiter giggle and said: "What did you expect? It was just microwaved.". I was shocked for the behaviour of the staff. We have left full plate and asked for a bill. They offered to put our leftovers in to aluminium foil. I don't know why would anyone wanted to take home food they didn't like. At the end he even said: "I probably can't expect a tip?". I was really offended and sad by this experience.

Second time was brunch time while working. We wanted to get quick food and return to work. The food was again bad quality but at least was hot. The problem was how to leave, because we asked 5x for a bill and it still took more than 30 min.

The whole restaurant has only one good thing. It's huge. But somehow it's still hard to get a free table.

I tried to be optimistic, but the food is bad, they are arrogant and it takes ages for one lunch. If you like food, this is not the place for you. This is more in the bar by the highway style. Fast...

Average at best - disappointing!

Service: polite, waiter was quick to ask what we'd like to drink, but failed to understand that drinks go with the food. Later on, he forgot to bring the ordered drinks until after the food has already been served. We were also waiting to get the bill.

Food:

Mushrooms soup was acceptable, but served too cold.

Beefsteaks in peppersauce were as they were supposed to be, soft, tender meat, juicy. Perfectly done - medium, as requested. If it wasn't for the vegetables and potatoes (read below)... nevertheless, 4 points!

Tagliatta, on the other hand, was a completely different story. The meat chosen was supposed to be roast beef. Supposed to be... we all were convinced that it wasn't. Normally, roast beef should literally melt in your mouth, meat should have been soft and tender. In reality, meat was unseasoned, dry, overcooked, almost tastless. All 3 ordered steaks were supposed to be done medium. In reality, they were almost well done. Worst thing: when served, the food was already COMPLETELY COLD - obviously, it was placed on a cold plates! I've sent mine back to the kitchen...

Vegetables as a sidedish were unimaginative, only carrots, pumpkins and 1 small cherry tomato.

They have also used pre-prepared frozen potatoes, defrosted and baken. Also disappointing.

Tagliatta was a waste of time and money! 0 points!

Additional minus: when asked for a pepper mill, the response was there was...

This is my first 1 star review ever.

Me and my wife decided to visit on Saturday at 3pm and were very excited to eat something good.

But the whole lunch was a catastrophe. My wife received the food 20 min's before I did, and we both received our food luke warm. We were forced to eat separately.

The waiter took our orders in the terms of "what do you want"... Customer service is unknown term to them it seems. Food was mediocre at best.

We are locals and know the language and been there before and it was great. Todays experience was the worst i ever experienced.

After we ate we asked to pay and were told to follow him to the register, where he left us at the and went to the kitchen and came back after we waited for him to serve food to others..we waited around 5 min at the register and were standing there like two idiots while other servers were ignoring us. What a joke. Never coming back again.

I recommend you find another...
