The pub Vinka — Restaurant in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

We stopped visiting this place, even though we live really close by. The food is extremely overpriced especially since it is not that good. If you want to order a main course, you need to order the main dish and side dish separately. The space is crammed with tables and also the restaurant is positioned alongside a really busy road. So, the atmosphere is not really that great either.

I ordered a beef soup with noodles once and got a fly in it. We told them about this, and they kind of made it seem like we placed the fly in to the soup. After this experience we stopped visiting this place.

If you would like to eat Serbian food, I would recommend you visit the bar & grill across the street called Okrepčevalnica Zoki. The food there is delicious and a lot less expensive. But most importantly just so much...

Excellent place, I can only recommend it. We were traveling to Hungary from Croatia and looking for a spot to taste some delicious local food. Vinka exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, the coffee was great, and just like in truly good places, they even served water alongside it. The restroom was clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere of the place is cozy. The service was first-class! It's a restaurant with great value for money. Our waiter was very kind, spoke English well, and even checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. We went to Vinka on Sunday evening. Mirko was the only waiter working that evening. He is a very friendly young man serving his customers very well. He brought everything we asked for in a short time with a big smile on his face. Very professional! Thank you Mirko 💪👍 The food was very tasty.
