Zaika Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Belthorn Estate

So I haven't ordered from this restaurant in many years as I've been disappointed before with orders being misleading in description. Today i ordered my kids pizzas(their choice) and decided i would rather try Zaikas for myself again. Maybe after all these years there may be more options and i feel like some grilled indian style chicken cubes instead of curries. So i see the lovely Zaika chicken wrap under "Grills" and im assuming i get some nice tender cubes in a slightly saucy indian style wrap. And ofcourse I get this gatsby looking naan bread drenched in a sauce i cant even identify when i taste it. Also I ordered Tom yum soup with Tofu as my option of protein (the flavour was nice). I nicely got a tub of vegetarian tom Yum, no Tofu. No explanation. But then I called and asked at Zaika, whoever answered was very annoyed that i asked why they didn't put that they sold out on Tofu. He just said we gave you more veggies, and we DONT have tofu. He sounded super annoyed that i also asked why theres so much hot chips on this "grilled wrap " as it wasnt in the description on the menu, if so I would then have ordered something else. Anyways i didn't even manage to get to there was a hair in my "Gatsby wrap", he said he has other customers in store he needs to see to. So i just left him at that. Why call back when the person who manages is that arrogant. Definitely done with Zaika thats for sure. Amazing if you are treated kindly even on a telephone call you wont mind going back to a place. But really not open to constructive critiscm...

The butter chicken was tomato kinda food with sugar ...the chicken vindaloo was a spicy tomato consistency...biryani was also red in colour bit bits of dry chicken fillet ....evrything tastes really horrible..as a blogger I normally try new places all the time just to write a review...and tweet about the foods excellence...bt this was defs the worse food I had..my hands after the 3rd mouth full of biryani is now orange in colour...evrything tasted and looked like it was tomato based...plse ppl money is scarce and times are tough ...serve ppl good food that will make them feel good and make them smile...don't let ppl feel that you ppl are just in this game for the money..cos to me that is why...

My husband and i bought food at Zaika thai and my meal was extremely salty, we called the restaurant and they suggested we bring it back and they'll replace it however the replacement dish was also salty and my husband's meal was also salty

The food was a huge disappointment but the manager was nice and informed us the chef used to much msg, but i definitely won't be returning...
