Nando's Worcester Drive Thru — Restaurant in Breede Valley Local Municipality

Pity here is no 0 stars. I've never had such tasteless Nandos chicken before. I called the store to ask why there's no sauce on my chicken when I asked for Mozampaprika then the manager on duty tells me I had to order extra sauce. I eat at Nando Kuilsriver and Cape Gate every week and never have a had a problem with sauce or had to order extra sauce to taste Mozampaprika on my chicken. Yes I had a few issues at those branches from time to time where the chicken was cooked to dry but even then it still had alot of Mozampaprika on it. If people need to order and pay extra for the sauces then please advertise but don't ask for flavor then not add the flavor. I wasted my diesel and money to drive from Rawsonville to go buy food in Worcester for the road back to Cape Town and even my guests were disappointed that I introduced Nandos to them. Worst service ever. This is now the second time, I received a bad experience from Nando's Worcester. The first time their chicken tasted like it was just boiled in water. No flavor what so ever. Today I thought let's give them another chance. So I ordered online from the Nando's website. The website told me to come collect the food at 10:15 am. They even send me a SMS to confirm the order will be ready at 10:15. Only to get there and find out they still closed and only open at 11 am. I was furious. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and the waitor said that everything is still off and I need to come back at 11. The supervisor never even came out to apologize. Food and service was great as per usual (I am a regular customer) BUT the price of the soft drinks is absolutely ridiculous!!! R28 for a 440ml Fanta, R24 for a 500ml still water is immoral!!! Come on guys we are all willing to pay extra for a cool drink with our meal but this is bordering on sodomy!! I refuse to pay that for the “experience” to eat at Nando’s!! Next time I will walk across the path and go enjoy a Whopper Meal at Burger King and really enjoy that “experience” with bottomless soft drinks on the house!
