Dear Debonairs Management,
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your Daveyton branch. I placed an order and waited for over two hours, yet my order has still not been delivered. I tried to call the store several times only to tell me Andrew the driver is no where to be found with my order . I ordered from 06h40 now it's 20h47 now this is Bullshit .
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this branch to anyone. Please look into this matter urgently and ensure that customers are treated with the respect and efficiency they deserve.

Read moreOn Saturday I placed an order online on the app for delivery ,the driver marked the order delivered before he got to me ,I panicked and called the store they assured it was on its way ,indeed it arrived minutes later ,I obviously did not check immediately because the receipt was correct ,only to find they gave me an incorrect pizza ,I called the restaurant again and informed them of this and the lady I spoke to assured me they will rectify and it should arrive in 30 minutes ,i gave them more than 45 minutes before I called back only to hear in the background that they only handing it to the driver , this was around 9 I had already lost my appetite then ,im so disappointed...
Read moreI got the worst service ever,I made an order at 19:58 and the teller told me that it will be ready in 30 minutes.After 30 minutes I went to check and my order wasn't ready.I stood in the queue for another 15 minutes.7 orders that were made after mine were called out as I stood there.I started asking the lady who was checking orders,only to find out that my order was not even made, they started arguing about whose fault was it and I could hear them. The lady ended up giving us attitude and the triple decker they gave me me only had sauces and mushrooms with no chicken as usual.I am not buying at their branch no more.Please take your staff for customer...
