Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Ordered pizza 2 days back and it was never delivered, no one bothered to call and explained what had happened. I decided to give them a second chance and ordered the pizza again. Same thing happened still not delivered at my doorstep and the lady by the name of Mbali said my pizza is on it's way. I believe that the store is now closed. What a service!

So after 2hrs 30minutes they decide to call tell me that the dont deliver in the area I must meet them somewhere. My question is when the driver left with the pizza to deliver where did he think he was going???? Imagine telling the kids that they'll eat pizza for supper and 2hrs after you tell them otherwise and there's nothing to cook in the house...... really...

Shocking service. Use the app to ask for delivery at 6PM and at 6:40 I get a call where the driver won't speak English to me and puts the phone down. Then when they do speak they say they don't know where to go and I try explain and they put the phone down. Then 3rd call they tell me they're back at amalinda debonairs. Had issues twobdays earlier and thought I'd give them another shot. Disgusting doesn't begin to describe...

Ordered a meaty cram-decker pizza with extra cheese, and the only toppings they had on the pizza was ham, tomato and my extra cheese. I contacted Debonairs to complain and they confirmed they would replace my pizza. I received my replacement pizza and to my surprise it was exactly the same as the first one!!! Are they cutting costs by only giving people a ham and tomato pizza? So not...
