On rhe 22nd day of december 2022 we went to nando's Amalinda to make a purchase at their drive thru but i was disapointed at the level of service we recieved that evening we after odering we waited at the drive through passage for more then an hour . Instead of the customer service assistant kindly asking the cars infront to park in the parking lot they allowed the cars to be packed in the drive way for the duration of that hour meaning we could niether revers of go foward.even if we wanted to give up on the order ,when we finally got to the collection window the lady at the counter did not even apologise for the inconvenience .Again on the 26th day of december 2022 i went to the same nandos to order a full chiken cut in eight and i noticed that both thighs were halves meaning for some reason they were cut in half and i was given half a thigh i would like something to be done about these two separate incidents as i am a loyal customer and i couldnt want to end the relationship i have...
Read moreOn the 22nd of August I purchased a full chicken from the Nandos drive thru in Amalinda. The lady at the window swiped my card twice. Being its an incentive card there is no pin required. After learning that the payment had gone through twice I reported it to the manager on shift that night. She asked if I could be called back the following day as the first payment should return. I agreed and the following day there was not moneys returned or any phone call from her. So I went back to enquire and I was asked to provide a statement which I did sent on the 23rd August. On Saturday the 24th August I returned again to enuire and I was told I'd be called by another manager who never did. However the matter was escalated to their head office and I'd be called on Monday. Again no call So I returned yesterday again and Cameron the manager on shift said sorry he can't help. There's nothing he can do about.
So 3 return trips (which is my fuel that I'm using) and many empty promises later still...

We ordered Fiesta fries with no onion, and when we got it, it came with onion. we sent it back, and again, it came with onion. Maybe they just gave the same one back again. So, on the 2nd try, we gave up and had to take the onion out ourselves. The chicken pieces were extremely dry, and the chips were completely raw. The livers were burnt, and they gave very little sauce even though we paid for extra sauce. If you are wondering why we didn't send any of the food back, it's because we waited more than an hour for our food, we were so hungry already and just had to be content with whatever they felt was quality to come out of a Nandos kitchen. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Funny enough, the drive-through was moving continuously, so perhaps it's a Nandos policy to have people who are seated inside wait until the drive-through is...
