Nando's Metlife Mall — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

My son just sent me a meal, flatbread with sosatie and coleslaw, 1/4 chicken and some cheesy chips. I used to love Nando's, not anymore. Bread was drenched with a very salty coleslaw and an equally salty sosatie. Cheesy chips was tasteless just seem like some leftover chicken and chips, thrown together covered with melted cheese. Chicken was the only thing I could finish but wow the smallest chicken quarter I have come across. Did not enjoy this meal at all. Believe me I am bit one to complain but in this day and age one expects quality for your money. I'm sorry my son wasted his money. Nobody sitting down.... Mr D waiting forever. Customer before me waiting forever. And I'm waiting forever. Yet we have 6 staff on both sides of the table looking at each other and nothing happening. This might be close to me but I think the extra couple minutes drive to Newton Park isnt just worth it..... It's a must for me from now on. The is really the worst Nando's I've visited. Twice now it has proven to be the worst. The 1st time i experienced poor service was when i got home and the corn was cold. It just came out of the fridge. Today i ordered a whole chicken meal. When i got home the chips was cold, and the corn was hard. And i live about 3 kms from Metlife.
