Very tense and lonely stone cold atmosphere. Waiters will avoid eye contact and walk past you and as if u don't exist. Waited 20 minutes till someone coughed up enough courage to take my order as a customer?? is this a teenage gossip and drama group chat or a business ?? who the hell knows. Don't bother coming here alone unless you got a friend or family to cheery you up and keep you company. If you come alone - be prepared for small talk and feeling like a fish out of water once everyone moves on with their own business. Don't say I told you so, you have been warned. By the way, my little 16 year old brother can cook better than the overpriced bottom of the barrel fast-food cooked here that's being dipped in the same oil for a week.

Very brown nosed, belittling and self centered individuals here too, don't come here unless u got R2000 and a nice shiny Toyota Hilux or Porsche.

I am sooo annoyed, angered I must share. I phoned and booked a table for for four - a week in advance. Arriving, we were ignored 🙁, then I phoned the manager, will not mention her name from inside to say there was no service. The staff kept walking past us. They had loadshedding - not a problem I thought, as in the past we were served...... THEN.... we were discriminationed against. NO coffee or other hot drinks were to be served. We had to have alcohol - imagine. The four of us don't drink alcohol.... and in the past I have always had coffee here during loadshedding. So we left. After loosing the booking, we were given a table in the bar area. Well we waited and waited to be served just drinks. Then told they might not have enough Sunday lunches. Finally we asked if we could order, food average and over cooked. No one at all came and asked us if we wanted refills. Then again the waiting game for desert. We have been before quite a few times, and enjoyed it, but there needs to be a floor manager going around checking on tables and keeping the staff organised. Your in a service industry, I do this as a career. So please the way to keep loyalty and customer experience is through good service and food...
