Steers Sasol Summerstrand — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I had the most disgusting service at steers on the evening of the 26th. A waitress shouted at me, i ordered a R109...something special that comes with 2 shakes, I first declined the shakes as my husband and I had flu, this waitress had the AUDACITY to make these shakes coming out from my money and she put them on the fridge for herself later when I'd be long gone. She had an attitude, she never apologised, she's african but not xhosa_ i heard her speaking a foreign language with one of the guys...i wanted to speak to her supervisor but she didn't call the supervisor. I have been a loyal loyal customer for this branch for years but after that service with that girl raising her voice at me, no guys you have to do better and that girl needs a verbal warning and proper training on how to communicate with customers. I stay around PE and I can pin point which one it is. So...

Ordered a medium cheesy fries with bacon and jalapeños as well as a big bacon and cheese burger with medium chips on their app and the medium chips that come with the burger weren't packed with the order. Worst mistake of my life, I should've known there was something wrong with the order when i recieved it without a reciept. I called their line and it was unavailable, I got a hold of the call center, spoke to a lady who said she will speak to the manager in store and get back to me in 10 minutes time to check if the issue was resolved. It is now over 30 minutes and still no call from either the store manager nor the call center...R104 down the drain Worst service!!! These people do not care about customer...

I received a poor service at the restaurant , i ordered a wacky Wednesday special one beef and one chicken for my girlfriend and guess what i received both beefs burgers and i waited there for far too long and the lady apologized for that and she quickly made me the order but only to find out the burger Patties where not done well as they were cold and had no taste only one burger had tomatoe slices.
