Nando's Klipfontein Drive Thru — Restaurant in Emalahleni Local Municipality

This is my favorite place to get food on witbank. The drive through is always quite efficient and quick. The staff is friendly and have really great customer service. Perhaps my one criticism is the location of the restaurant. It is always a hustle to get to the drive through because of the little driving space and the amount if traffic surrounding the area. This is not always the case though, some days it is really easy. The restaurant closes at 10pm so it is a good choice if you suddenly don't feel like cooking. I have never been disappointed with the quality of food, which is a rare occasion in witbank. One thing I find funny is, if you order something thing that is going to take a bit long they ask you to drive up to the front door to wait for your order. I don't understand why you can't just wait by the window to get your order. But that's just me. With everything been said I must mention that I have never been inside the restaurant, I always use the drive through. But from the outside it looks decent and clean. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you want good drive...

They are not good with customer service and the chefs need refresher training. They always get my orders wrong. When I open my food driving back; something is always missing or not what I asked for.

Their chefs definitely needs refresher training as a lot of of their meals are not as good as other Nandos meals I have previously enjoyed.
