Recently, my family and I decided to try out Anna's Kitchen for our Christmas Lunch. Since it was our first time there, we were unsure of what to expect. However, our experience far exceeded any expectations we had. The staff went above and beyond their duties, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

One staff member, Ashley, even remembered my name from our phone conversation when I made the reservation, which was quite impressive. He took the time to give us a tour of the restaurant while still managing his daily responsibilities.

Our waiter was exceptional, attending to all the tables without skipping a beat. The table runner did an excellent job of clearing away dirty cutlery, plates, and glasses, ensuring our table never became cluttered.

Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! The quality of the dishes was top-notch, from the starters to the mains and desserts. The chefs definitely deserve recognition for their exceptional culinary skills.

The decor and the attention to detail in placing fresh flowers were truly remarkable. The atmosphere felt as magical as Christmas.

Based on this remarkable experience, I would happily return to Anna's Kitchen to celebrate all of our special occasions. I have to give them a resounding 10 out of 10 for their outstanding service and for making every visitor's experience memorable. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Money well...

Food was really good as usual, but we were left a bit disappointed in the service today. First, our reservation ended up being an outside table (which we requested) but it was right under a tree. Every other table had an umbrella except ours, and the leaves kept on falling on us and our table/food.

Next, they got our drinks orders wrong. My wife ordered cappuccino with cream, and myself a red cappuccino. The red cappuccino came with the cream, and her regular cappuccino with foam.

Then my 4 year old son wanted fish and chips for breakfast. It was on the breakfast/lunch menu provided, and he saw it there. He almost always has that when we eat out, regardless the time of day. We were told we couldn't order it, because lunch items are only available from 11am. The time was 10:47am... seriously?

After all that though the food we did receive was excellent. As a point of interest though, we couldn't order a lunch item since it was before 11am, but our food only arrived at 11:20am. Go figure.

I would still recommend Anna's Kitchen highly due to the excellent food quality and reasonable prices. Just don't expect them to go out of their way to make your dining...

Very bad impression for first time. First of all the food ordered was dished up incomplete, sweet potato chips was omitted. When queried, the manager apologized and came back to the table with three slices of oil drenched sweet potato. The so called pork medallion special of the day was also a disaster, the pork was clearly off, as it tasted rancid and dry. The coconut orange creme brulé was custard wit dusting of fine coconut with no orange taste or signature sugar crust. The Black forest pavlova was a piece of dried out cake, with soggy meringue and a dollop of cream. Definitely not worth the money we've paid. We've phoned to speak to the owner but was told that it's impossible, but the general manager will phone back the next day. She did phone back and promised to report back. Nothing has happened since and we feel that it's clearly not a...

Chose Anna’s Kitchen for a birthday dinner. We did mention when we made the booking that it is for a birthday, but no candles or singing whatsoever. The restaurant was quite empty, so we grabbed one of the biggest tables to accommodate us. Our waiter was on the ball and immediately took our drink orders. After we perused the menu, we ordered starters (prawn tails, Camembert bake (I expected more), snails, focaccia (very dry)). For mains : T-bone, Fillet (I’ve had better, very tough. Chips was good though!), chicken schnitzel (the cheese sauce was appalling), quiche of the day (bone dry), mixed grill. Desserts: deep fried ice cream (best I had so far), cheese cake, nougat ice cream, apple crumble. I couldn’t give a rating higher than 3 unfortunately.

Warm cosy setting. Nice decor with a good comfy feel both inside and outside. Fireplace inside for winter, really delightful sitting outside on a beautiful day. Friendly staff. Restrooms are clean and lovely. Loved their freshly baked rolls which is presented really creatively. Only had 2 cocktails on the menu - Long Island tea and bullfrog. We ordered the cape Malay lamb curry which was served with a very hard flat bread. The curry was yum (gave both my husband and I heartburn later) however that flat bread was not a roti and not enjoyable. Normally curry is served with banana and chutney but we only got the curry. We ditched the rice for caulimash. The home made sago was average.
