Goodburger (Tempe/Dan Pienaar) — Restaurant in Free State

If I could zero stars would do!! Waited 20 min for my food. Just to find out my food was ready and chilling on the counter. The the staff wanted me to take the food.. COLD!! The cashier was not happy when I told them the food was chilling on the counter for a while and it's cold now!! .. The chips order was fix received hot fresh chips. But not my chicken rap. They told me it's hot enough. BUT NOPE it was cold.. And a reheated microwave chicken wrap Not on.... Soggy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Left the branch.....

I walked into the restaurant at 19:15. I did not notice they were already closed as people was inside waiting for their order. Without saying anything the lady took my order and made casual conversation. I want to apologize for not taking your time into consideration. But I also want to thank you for your patience and wonderful service. The food was amazing. Again my sincerest apologies for not noticing your trading hours....

The menu seems nice, unfortunately the food isn't on par for business called "Good Burger"

Meat patties was thick, dry and rubbery without flavour. I struggled to find the caramelised onions.

You should ask what sauce is on it, because you can't choose. Tomato sauce on a dubble cheese burger isn't for everyone, yet you can't swop to barbecue sauce because of the "recipe".
