I must click on a star to get this posted - but take note that this is a minus 10 rating!!! This is the third time I complain about the service and the last time - because I will never go to this Kentucky again! The drive-thru is a mess - you ALWAYS wait, always! Once in the line, you cannot get out. The service windows are closed and customers are impatiently boxed in in line while the staff is nowhere in sight. There is not even an emergency exit - this shop really needs one if taking in consideration the time one must spend there - waiting and waiting. For nothing. Last night me and the man in the car behind me hooted in an effort to get someone's attention from inside - after waiting for about 10 minutes. It nearly started a fight as the person in front of me jumped out of his car yelling at me - because he has also been waiting for more than 15 minutes. He thought I was impatient with him, wanting him to move his car. And then from inside, eventually, the excuse: the chicken is still in the oven. Both the previous times that was the problem. Even if you want to buy ice-cream you must wait for the chicken in the oven. Don't you plan ahead?! And don't think the guy, who eventually opened the window, care about me or the other people - just another unhappy customer.....boring..... Both me and the guy behind me in the end left without ordering anything. I read some of the reviews on this page and realize that this is apparently a "normal" complaint about this specific shop - and nothing is done about it. Well, good luck! If u want to keep your franchise in langenhovenpark running u must please get someone in the drivetru who has atleast 1% customer skills. This was probably the last complaint that I'll leave. Please make contact with me if i can tell u about my perfect drivetru experiences more than once with one specific drivetru personal. That os the reason i started supporting langenhovenpark KFC again but unfortunately it looks like its back to the same old useless personal that u need to please to get your order. Luckily u know about most of the complaints this specific franchise gets in Bloemfontein social groups and social media. Imagine how many complaints u don't receive with customers just saying im finished. I can just imagine that the franchise must be making some profit, it managed to stay open until now. Imagine if you started managing it the way it is supposed be managed. With many other choices of takeaways in a 5mins drive from u i would rather try them instead. Mabe langenhovenpark will see a Macdonald's or something else replace KFC in the future. ill still support KFC but rather drive to one of the other KFC's 15mins away if i want to eat some of the francise chicken I'd rather die because of the food i enjoy than trying to order it. Read moreMe and my Sister went there last night at 7:30 we waited in the queue for 15 minutes with the staff all standing there in n bundle and talking to each other not one coming to help us - so after 15 minutes my sister said lets just go order at the screens… while busy ordering at the screens a black gentleman came in and he was immediately greeted and helped with a smile, I find this extremely rasist… then when our food was finally ready we went to collect it and the lady that helped us was extremely rude- our order was 2 colonel burger meals one with a Buddy COKE and one with a fountain FANTA.. the lady asked my sister if it was two cokes we wanted and my sister explained no its one buddy coke and one fountain fanta - the lady then proceeded to pour in a fountain coke and gave us a buddy fanta, when my sister politely tried to correct her she held up the fountain coke and rudely asked and what am I supposed to do with this now? So we just decided to take the cokes and leave.. Should have asked to speak to a manager...
