Apollo Roadhouse and Diner is a perfect mix of classic nostalgia and modern comfort. This spot offers a unique dining experience with two fantastic options: the usual sit-down dining and a delightful “dine-in-your-car” setup where you’re served right at your parked car—bringing back the charm of old-school drive-ins.

We opted for the car service, which made the experience feel like stepping into a 1950s movie, even had the music to match. While the waiters weren’t on roller-skates (though it would’ve been an amazing touch), the service was still quick, friendly, and efficient. The food was surprisingly cheap, yet bursting with flavor. From juicy burgers to crispy fries and creamy milkshakes, everything tasted great and was delivered piping hot.

Have been there multiple times at this point, as we stay nearby and they are decently priced. 3 times we have left without things we ordered because the staff "forgot to put it through". Which, for a pregnant woman craving a bubblegum milkshake, was devastating, but not worth waiting for the staff to fix their mistake. Their menu is very extensive, catering to almost everyone's taste. Whether you want a steak, a tramezzini, a pizza or just a quick toastie, they seem to have everything listed. I like the old school vibe they were trying to go for, with ordering from your car. They do, however, need to work on their staff. They're almost always snippy and 3/5 times our order was put through wrong with missing items. They seem very uninterested in doing their jobs and that ruins the whole vibe of the place. I ordered a Vegetarian and Mexicana pizza.

Both were very dry, tasteless and very unappetizing.

After calling the owner Maria to let her know, she was understanding and I took half of the pizza back and she refunded me half of what I paid.

I was happy with that, I felt Maria listened and took into account what my concerns were. All was well.

However, her daughter gave me a call after this and was EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful and accusing because she took offence that I added my own fresh avo to their pizza. She spoke to me as though I was a child, demanding that I come back to have a discussion with her.
