Fathers Day Disaster! My goodness what a dreadful experience! Nothing about this experience was even remotely acceptable! The food was cold and tasteless, the dessert was dry and listless. The meat was mixed into one big mess, Jewish patrons are obviously not catered for nor were vegetarians unless watery rice, boiled vegetables or potatoes are considered acceptable options.There were no plates then no utensils then the waitress expected our family of 6 to share a single serving of butter after waiting 10 minutes for it. The servers were not trained AT ALL and had no idea how to treat guests. Live entertainment was skipped altogether in place of buzzing speakers that eventually my brother in law played music off his phone. The waitress overcharged us then sighed when she had to fix it. She barely spoke english then couldn't count and kept questioning us over one coke that we included in our payment. You're restaurant is a disaster and I think it's best you close the doors and let a restaurant that deserves to be open take its place, obviously you don't enjoy your industry and don't see the need for good food, atmosphere and trained staff. Patrons please don't waste your time or money, take a trip up to O Peri Peri or Fahrenheit and see what real a real restaurant...

I need to share this because I feel it's important to do so. A few years ago I stopped going to Brazen because of bad service and waiters that are not trained well enough. Recently I decided to give it another chance and went back again. Today i witnessed how the floor manager treated one of the clients who complained about the food. It was unprofessional. I called the person in higher authority who happened to be there and explained what i witnessed and still got a bad reaction. I have therefore decided that i will never go back to Brazen.again! If a client puts there trust in coming to your venue to eat your food then you should be honored. At Brazen i have noticed that people are not treated as client. Had to edit this review as I sadly had the worst experience here today. Arrived for breakfast and waited 20 minutes for coffee as the machine was apparently not working. Ordered breakfast for four and waited 40 minutes. Only to be met with warm bread that was supposed to pass as toast but tasted and felt like it was left on a hot slab in the sun while we waited. Food was very shoddy and tasteless.

Particularly sad as we had tourists in town and wished to impress them. Can guarantee you they were not.

It also seemed that the entire joint hadnt been cleaned from the festivities of the night before. Tables were sticky, place felt grubby and worn down and staff didn't seem bothered at all about their inability to provide a good service.
