What a terrible service I received today. I take my daughter out for her birthday. I ordered spur special, waitress asked me if I want cheese or mushroom sauce and l thought it's part of the meal yet it's extra I hv to pay for it . I recently dined at Spur and had an unforgettable experience! A little mishap occurred when a fly found its way into my wine, but the real magic happened because of the outstanding service. Our waiter, Emmanuel, sprang into action, assuring us he'd take care of it. He returned promptly with the manager, and to our surprise, they offered us a complimentary glass of wine!
