Steers Tshwane Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

I ordered a meal and an ice cream from this store and for some reason the delivery guy "forgot" my ice cream and only deliverd the meal. I told him I would send someone to come and collect it and all was fine. I then called them again to let them know the person I want to collect is on his way and they said 'cool' but when the person got there they told him there was no such order. I called them again and they had Thobile to call me back. Thobile then promised me that my ice cream would be delivered and I have been waiting ever since...it's been more than 30 minutes now. I have been waiting for an ice cream for more than 30 minutes! I have been robbed of my money and lied to when I called to make an enquiry. I am beyond irritated coz now I have to go and demand my money bac,for a lousy ice cream! Yoh Steers I'm so...

I bought food at steers, the guy was spraying degreaser near the food saying it’s oven cleaner, regardless of it you can spray chemicals near food… the lady dropped our chips and didn’t see a problem, when she went to give new chips she gave cold and they where half.. shame the steers from Tshwane Regional mall are disrespectful and not friendly… it’s the second time buying from them and...
