Casa Nossa Family Restuarant. — Restaurant in Gauteng

Experience on 14th February was horrible! If I could I wouldn't even give a star. We have been going To Casa Nossa for many years and previously even if they were busy qe never receives such bad service. By 21h30 we still did not receive our food. My fiance made a booking for 18h00, we were there on time. We end up paying for our drinks and left there and got take aways and what was so funny we saw other people even talking to us at the take away place that also said they also left without food as they were waiting for there fòod just as long and also decided to leave and rather get takeaways. The place where we sat had a nest of red ants, they were all over our handbags and in my infants car chair. when we asked the waiter for doom she just ignored us, the food took forever, when it arrived it was cold and my chicken was over over done and there was more bone than meat. Was there last night as a family for a birthday. the food and drinks was GRATE as usual, the live music was a grate treat. Thank u casa nossa

The reason for the 2 star ratings is we paid out bill + 15% tip for the waiter as usual.

then after all is paid we were charged a service fee of R100 (cash) not that I mind at all but the only thing is I do not know why "LOL" was told it's a service fee if there's 8 people or more
