Last night (08/03/2023) I didnāt receive my full order because mr d delivery forgot to take everything, I phoned the KFC on Roxburgh road and I was assisted by Yvonne, and the manager Patricia. These ladies went out of their way and made sure I got a meal with what the driver had forgotten. I really appreciate everything these ladies have done for me. And highly recommend that these ladies truly get employees of the year. I have never met such amazing people and had such amazing service anywhere else. Thank you to those two amazing ladies. In this day and age customer service does not exist and these ladies are a prime example of how excellent customer service is given to keep a client happy.
