Had the worst experience yesterday!!! Will never support CLAY CAFE MONTANA AGAIN. After receiving my email to collect my baked painted items I made my way to clay cafe Montana yesterday afternoon. It is out of my way and I travelled through traffic but I was excited to be collecting. I made it in time and in business hours to find NO ONE THERE. I asked the waiters at green olive where is the staff of clay cafe and they said oh they decided to go home early because it was a little quiet I must come back maybe tomorrow at 10am. I was already angry because how must someone who work take off just to collect because the store decides to conveniently close early even when their website says otherwise?

I saw the door was open to the patio and went inside then I saw the door was open to the shop and thought maybe my cup was inside so I entered. The waiter said I should phone management and ask before I look for my mug. I called the RUDE manager who I thought i was lying when i said i was in the store I had to convince her I was inside then she said she would come back and lock up but she couldn't help me with my collection as my cup was in a container, even though she was coming back and it was in business hours. when i mentioned this she said she would change the hours on the website. HOW RUDE! Not even a thank for letting me know my store is open nothing! She didn't even try to assist or ask when I could come back. This store is going to get a lot quieter if they keep up this...
