I trust this message will find you well, I have a complaint about the service that I have received at One of your Branches in Chris Hani Vosloorus, I did an online order at 17:36 and 18:30 I call the branch to do a follow-up with my order, and the lady who answered my call told me they are still waiting for driver 19:00 the answering machine states that the shop is closed. And what bothers me most is that the order has been paid for already.

Honestly, the service on that branch and the staff are not competent with customer service, and the branch it's not clean.

I was greatly disturbed with the state of the front of house waiting area tables at this Mall, to mention but just a few noticeable things is the cleanliness of the sitting area. Most of the tables are so filthy you can hardly seat, not to mention eating on that place. You can see the patrons moving up and down but no one seems to care about the state of their place of business. In times like these where hygiene has become a corner-store of each and every one's pillar of strength for survival I'm sure you guys can do far much better than this. Keep your place...

The service is disgusting, I ordered and paid online at 4pm, it is now 7pm my order has not arrived. Tried calling them the number listed online goes directly to Steers. The lady who answered was nice enough to try and transfer the call through to the culprits but to be expected they did not answer the phone after 5 attempts. I am still waiting for a call back but I'm not holding my breath. This branch needs to be shut down!!! . I am truly disappointed...
