Debonairs Pizza Selcourt — Restaurant in Gauteng

I bought Ke Dezemba Box I am so disappointed by the condition of my pizza & my wings. I don't want to compare Debonairs because I'm thinking they are providing the same products however what I tasted today from Selcourt was nothing compared to the 1 I tasted in Debonairs Springs Mall, it was completely different.

The Selcourt pizza was VERY DRY. We chewed until our jaws were paining. It lacked the white sauce (chicken pizza).

The wings were maybe the last 1s in the pot. They didn't have the chilli sauce yet I explained clearly to the lady that I wanted them hot. Again completely different from Debonairs Springs Mall. Service is absolutely horendous. Waited over 3 hours for my delivery. Driver arrived with faulty speed point. Tried more than one card but there was no difference. Driver waited nearly an hour trying to use the speed point. Called the branch manager multiple times and there was absolutely nothing she can do. We were now excepted to pay cash on delivery whereas it was clearly stated on the order slip that it will be card on delivery. Branch manger called and stated the driver needs to return with the food because of "pollices". I waited over 3 hours for an order to come to my gate and return back to the store. Worst worst worst service ever. I ordered a pizza at 7:50pm on a Friday. It arrived at 9:50pm - 2 hours later. My pizza was smooshed and it was cold. I had called them at least 4 or 5 times to follow up, one of the last times that I called, I spoke to a lady and she said that my pizza was done but it was just waiting for the delivery driver to arrive. After 9pm, the phone doesn't even go through at all.

I complained to Debonairs on Twitter and head office made them call me and they did nothing to address any of the things that I said, the driver even denied that my pizza was smooshed and cold and it tasted terrible.
