Went to buy Ribs and 1/4 chicken. My order took very long, people who were behind me got their orders and I was still sitting there waiting for over 30 minutes. When I got home the ribs were burn, taste bad cos the burn and they were hard. I'd never been this disappointed in my life.

This is my favourite steers to order from but no chips today and I ordered a rave burger with extra cheese but didn't get the cheese and ordered a coke but didn't get that. I don't think the till lady was listening to me. Still delicious but so disappointing

You call this a quarter chicken not to mention the terrible service, the staff are very rude. I would rather buy from McDonald's than from you again..... if there was a option for 0 stars I would've gave it

Customer request and requirent should be taken into consideration. Ordered burger asked for extra cheese sauce and extra bacon and i was told that i cant have it like that,i explained that i normally get that on other steers and i was told that this is not other steers and that here they will not sell me that even if m paying.... m not happy at all and will not be returning here ever. Your stuff needs to fix their faces... their attitude is written all over their foreheads and its...

Quick phone call , very friendly staff and always ready on time and if you feel you waiting too long it's because the meal is already waiting for you 👌🏻if you wait too long they will phone you until you answer to let you know your meal is ready 😂🙏🏻much...
