Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Eyethu debonairs did me dirty ,I ordered a creamy chicken tripple decker ,when it arrived we opened the box and it looked okay and so flat when we took a bite we tasted a wrong order ,it was full of onions ,only minced chicken no sauces ,,we called and the driver who delivered answered and we explained to him what happened he said unfortunately the restaurant is closed their counting stock,,at that time it's 19:45 then he said he will tell the restaurant about the report ,as we were talking he hung up the phone ..we then decided to go to the restaurant our selves ,and when we got the the restaurant is opened, the same driver is the outside as soon as he saw us he ran away .we went inside and explained to the lady he called the supervisor we explained she never gave us the attitude then they made us another pizza ,I promise you when we ate that pizza it was worse the sauce didnt taste fresh the dough was not fully baked .No wonder the first one was delivered in 5 minutes. I'm really dissapointed bad...

I had a bad experience today with the staff working there I ordered at 14;23 lady who was taking out orders then she gave a lady who was before us her order ,I was 180 and she gave someone who was 194 then she left am a pregnant woman waiting there while she took other people orders beside mine and then another lady came to assist then she decided to take pizzas out of the oven while we seated there for 45 minutes which they said to me it was gonna be 20 minutes

Then she was busy taking out pizza from the oven while I could see my order there then I started shouting and then she ignored me and kept doing what she was doing Then she started calling out numbers and she wanted to give a lady who was before me who was 185 which my number was 180 Had to stand in front that lady and one of your staff member she can’t take out an order which was before mine 😡😡😡😡

Customer service needs to be practise in this store am not happy with...

I ordered at 18:39, order value was R340. I ended up having to collect at 20:45 since the driver said he can only bring it tomorrow. When I got home the pizza was dry, burned without toppings on the triple base. Not even my dogs wanted to eat it, the pizza ended up in the bin and the hard earned money wasted. My emails and inboxes are being ignored. Terrible service and disgusting food.
