Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Good evening I think Debonairs Pizza sucks i went to the Pretoria East in Wekkker Street trying to get through traffic wasting my petrol to get some pizza for my wife whom only have one eye and have only about 10 present sight as I walked in the branch just to find a menu to order some pizza I found no lose menues so I ask one of the girls that take orders and I ask her if there is any lose menues but her answer was no I mentioned that my wife was in the car and she said it does not matter she must come inside and have a look at the menues under the glass on the counter I said to her no thanks but I will go to another pizza place whom will help me but be sure that myself,friends and family will never again spend any money at a Debonairs Pizza branch by the way I spend R500 at Romans Pizza and KFC yesterday as Debonairs Pizzawas...

For the last few months it seems the average waiting time is 2 hours +. Even for third world standards this is simply unacceptable!! Who wants cold pizza? Yuck! We always order a Grapetizer and EVERY single time it is forgotten, even when you write a reminder for them in the comment box. This is an effective loss of R24.90 with every order we place. When you call to inquire about the missing drink you are greeted by a very uninterested and rude person. I suppose this is a great way to increase your profit margin. This is the baddest service I have experienced in a long time. When you call them , their lines are not working or they have no drivers available. This morning I phoned at 12h00 (they open at 12h00) there were no answer. At 12h15 I tried again and managed to get through as they picked up the phone eventually and then told me that they have technical problems AGAIN so they can only help me at 13h00!!!!!!!
