Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Absolutely useless. Ordered online as I have a R50 online voucher. On ordering the total showed the voucher has been redeemed and the total was R50 less. When I arrived at the branch to pick up the total was the full amount. The told me to wait while they sorted it out. This took about 15min. They said they can't help and apply the voucher and must pay the full amount, and the voucher will be sent back to me in 5 days.

Even IF I get my voucher back I will never go to this branch again.

I canceled my order even though it was ready as I will not pay more than the price showen when ordering. You have not only lost a customer but also wasted the pizza due to your unwillingness to sort a problem...

I just got off work and just want to get a snack before heading home. I don’t know what is it with the loud music they now play inside the shop as if it is a tavern. I personally find that irritating. I don’t don’t have a problem with them playing music, but for it to be soo loud is really pathetic, the cashier can’t even hear you placing your order as you have to repeat yourself, so I essence we are all meant to shout out our orders because our voices are drowned by the loud music. Patrons resort to sitting outside while they wait for their orders. Play music but for Christ’s sake, reduce the volume. Not everything needs to have loud music as it we are at a shebeen....

Not even worth the star. Ordered pizza and 2 hours later still no food. Contacted the call center and was told another 15 minutes after the 1hr of the order. Only to call again to find out that they have closed. Not impressed

Now after taking a drive out there myself while they are cleaning and closing. I ask about my order and was informed they do not deliver to my area.
