KFC Germiston (Victoria Street) — Restaurant in Gauteng

I arrived before 7am, waiting for my transport to Benoni while there I got pressed, and I asked for the toilet keys. I was denied them as they said I need to buy something before I can use their toilet. I told them that I can't buy anything as I'm diabetic I'm on strict diet. I offered them my bank card to swipe for toilet service but they still refused. One of the customer helped me with her till slip after 20 minutes of discussions. I was humiliated as I was suppose to wet myself. As I had no option because KFC was the only shop or place opened...

Everything about that KFC is good from staff.securitu,their food.i am very happy ,today I came to buy 2pc and chips the lady asked me to add small bread then coldrink I had a full meal they know their menu by head.their prices they ask for donation they don't just add it.i am happy about them so far they are the best for me .I will recommend everyone to go there .they give fresh burgers .have speed with service .wow that...

Always feel unsafe here...this establishment is more concerned with servicing their drive through which is very difficult to access by the way when coming from the opposite direction...they are so focused on the drive through that it neglects the service for walk-ins.

Also they ought to have armed guards stationed at entry and exit points at the drive through as it always feels like you might get robbed whilst waiting...
