I see that poor service is their main goal. I ordered a pizza and a drink on Saturday ,28 June 2025. 1They never called to confirm the order like all other debonairs restaurants do, 2 There were no updates on the app , website and via SMS to let me know how far my order is, 3 The order changed on the last minutes from , " we're working on your order" to " your order has been delivered", this gave me migraines because I was wondering how could it just do that without my signature or confirmation, especially considering how much money I spent on the order... The worst is receiving a wrong order, there was no drink and the delivery guy said it wasn't given to him, what I'm asking myself is why did he not check the slip and ask for it,poor service, lack of attention to detail and lack of communication is what they are outstanding in... I think they need to decide on whether they wanna sell or just close the shop and do something else because this is unacceptable man nxxxx. I tried to communicate with management and the response was that a case has been filed on my behalf, until now nothing has happened, only if they knew they can spoil people's moods and days ..... Read moreI’m very disappointed with the service I received today at Debonairs Pizza, Alex Mall. I ordered a pizza, and within a minute, the staff gave me the wrong order — it clearly belonged to another customer. When I pointed out the mistake and asked them to prepare my correct order, they refused to assist me.
I then requested a refund since I didn’t receive what I paid for, but they also refused to give me one. The manager on duty, Nokubonga, was especially rude and gave me an attitude instead of helping to resolve the issue. I found her behavior very unprofessional and unacceptable.
This experience left me extremely unhappy as a customer. I hope that Debonairs Pizza management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the poor service at the Alex Mall branch to ensure this doesn’t happen to...
Read morePlaced my order at 19:15 to place an order for delivery , over 40 mins later still didn’t receive it and had to call and ask why it was taking long the lady said she will find out and call me back never did, called 30 minutes later again still not nothing had to go back and forth and explain. Eventually the driver called me and asked me for my address which I gave it to him( in my mind am like is the address not supposed to be on the slip and also on the system?).
