Unfortunately we had quite an awful experience. We had a family breakfast on Sunday morning, a table of 7.

It took forever just to get 2 glasses of water let alone the Cuppaccinos. We waited awhile for breakfast, and they were all cold when we finally got them - do you not have a hot pass?We later ordered other drinks, of which the coffee milkshakes were warm!

The waitress was sweet and but her service was not great, not attentive at all. The restaurant really wasn't busy but the waiters were all scrambling.

There was no manager in sight until about 12:00 (we arrived at 10:00), and not once did he check on our table. When leaving we informed him of our complaints and he didn't seem genuinely concerned, and gave a very blasé apology. Apparently the waitress had not even mentioned our dissatisfaction to him.

If this is the level and quality of service that you have stooped to, then I highly doubt we will ever return....

Food used to be excellent, now it was exeptionally bad. The Lasagne was very obviously cooked and then frozen to be reheated when ordered. It was still cold in the centre when it arrived and the texture was horrible. The beer was the opposite - its not seen the inside of a fridge or chiller for a while. Waiter offered to put one on ice for me, but that did not help. The waiter bent over backwards to rectify (I dont complain ever) as he saw I was dissapointed or probably knew the meals was sub standard. My company for the evening had similar experiences. We paid and left, then picked takeaways from the roadhouse. ...

Like a ship without a Captain, this very attractive restaurant meanders, aimlessly, without direction. No owner....no floor manager....equals slow service and incomplete meals. My guest ordered a chicken dish with mash....the chicken arrived without the mash....because somebody in the kitchen was not paying attention. If the owner of this establishment does not kick some butt....I predict he will close his doors in the not too distant future. Waiters and kitchen staff need constant supervision.....it's the nature of the business. So dear owner you now know what you have to do to save...
