To the Owner, we reside near Jet Park and are supporting you regularly. Your food is undescribable! Your waiters are amazing, your kitchen staff are brilliant! Look after them like they look after your repeat customers. We have tried all the roadhouses in Boksburg previously and nothing comes close to your "little goldmine". Waiters super helpful. Kitchen staff and the manager as rude and unhelpful as it can be. Couldn't care less about what you comsume. And NO; was not the first time. Bought a blondie burger. After opening it, a dretfull and very clear stench came from the steak. Not a smell one can miss. Took it back. Waiter smelled it; and cleary aggread; its wrotten. Took it in, and the manager came out. Did not apologize for the food that was wrotten. No, he rather said, not their fault. With the spices you cant smell it. We could clearly smell it. Not once did he even say sorry. But then asked if we wanted another blondy or what. We would have gone back again. I bought a pizza special tonight. One of the pizza boxes was dirty very dirty all around and on top off the box. I asked the waiter to replace it with a clean one. When we arrived home I opened the rib pizza box which was bought for my children. As I opened the box I could smell something is off. The ribs on the pizza was off with a terrible smell. I phoned Grills and More at 18h and spoke to David. He assured me that they will deliver a new pizza for my kids. After phoning several times to ask where is my pizza (with a on its way reply everytime) and David that is very rude. The pizza never arrived. At 20h I had to buy KFC online for my kids as they were crying of hunger. I will never buy...
