KFC Boksburg — Restaurant in Gauteng

The food is very nice. The staff are sometimes limited, where the cashier is also the one to prepare the order. They scream and shout a lot from front of house to the back and across the floor. They also sing songs and leave you wondering; why the radio is also on

There are some who are Customer service trained but some will chat, laugh and joke with their colleagues while serving or taking orders

So for me... It's a 50/50 especially if you not looking for a first class...

So I came here one sunday morning - not feeling too great from the night before. The store was pretty empty with about 2 or 3 other customers inside. The lady who helped me with my order was very friendly and listened to all the stories I had to tell. I got my food timeously and left a happy customer. only for the food to let me down. the bread was stale, hard and crumbly and I ended up throwing it away as it was that bad. i dont know if i trust this places food anymore....

Best KFC in Boksburg. Food is always fresh and amazing, service is as sincerely friendly as you can get. Orders are always correct. They don't waste plastic by giving you unneccessary addons like tomato sauce packets if you don't need and take it seriously when you request "lots if chilli salt". There is always parking outside and we'd rather support them, than the two cliser KFCs that has...
