Haandi Elgin Mall (Traditional Indian Food) — Restaurant in Gauteng

I placed an UberEats order at 6:20 p.m. for R900.00, and the driver was already en route when the restaurant cancelled it at 7:19 p.m. Since UberEats is impossible to contact, I called the restaurant. The person who answered barely spoke English and passed me to the “Manager,” who greeted me with a delightful “Yes.”

When I politely asked how he was, I got another “Yes.” When I questioned his attitude, he snapped, “What do you want? I’m busy.”

My family went hungry because of this, yet they advertise themselves as a “family restaurant.” If rude, dismissive service is their specialty, they’ve nailed it. I’ll never order from this...

About an hour ago I received my order via MrD. Chicken was smelling nice but it had an off taste. It's like it was boiled n stayed in a fridge then dipped in sauce. Stale chips..... I didn't have strength to eat my burger after the experience. My stomach is already upset and my son is bloated. I hope it won't ruin my interview tomorrow.
