Hava Java Elgin Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

Had breakfast twice where they excluded the bacon as we dont eat bacon and substituted mushrooms. This time charged for bacon which we did not even eat and extra charge for mushroom .... The manager mentioned that we must add mushroom as an extra but did not mention that there will be a cost. if I knew this we would nit have ordered the mushrooms neither had breakfast there. They can't just change their minds that one day we will substitute and the next no substitute. Will never go or recommend them. The waitress was really friendly and apologized for the inconvenience whilst the manager came to our table whilst the waitress was talking to us but said nothing and...

We have eaten at Hava Java Elgin Mall several times at all hours on different days of the week. The staff are always friendly, courteous and very welcoming. From the owner Eile, waiters Sbu, Fortunate, Vee, Yvonne, Shingi, Lesedi and all the other staff ... everone makes you feel at home! The vibe is wonderful! The service is excellent, let alone the quality and amount of food for the price! All and all 5 star! I would always recommend them! Thank you to all... you make every visit a wonderful...

Firstly, not one of the two telephone numbers listed gets answered, it just rings endlessly. We ordered take away breakfast today, what a disappointment! No serviettes, jam, butter, salt, nothing. They left out one egg, one bacon and mushrooms on our one breakfast. Then like I mentioned, when you want to contact them, no answer. Won't order there again. Looks like service went down the drain...
