There are 5 individuals working behind the counter at this store. I come in today and ordered a small Mocha Protein Smoothie and wait for more than 10 mins wondering why it’s taking so long. Only to find out that they were standing around and forgot about my order. I was literally one of 4 people in the store at the time so it was not busy at all. They apologised and gave me a large smoothie instead which made up for the delay. I then get into the car and start drinking the smoothie only to find a bug floating at the top. Visit this shop almost daily for my morning mocha and a wrap. Food is always decent but for sone reason the ladies regularly seem to botch my order somehow.
