I got there 10 mins before the store closes and the till lady was busy with ice cream machine and one lady greeted and asked what was I looking for I asked for 2 streetwise loaded and she told me I would wait for the meet for about 30 mins and I didn't mind,she went at the back, as I waited the till lady came and greet and asked what I would like to buy, I then asked for 2 streetwise loaded fries, she went to ask the BOH team members for meat and she was told about the availability of fillets, she then lied to me as to telling me I would wait for chicken for an Hour, and I was like, since when the KFC stoves cook chicken for an hour, she continued with her lies as to telling me about bredding and all that,breading a string or two doesn't even take 10 mins plus 14 mins of cooking time that's 22mins maybe add on packing 2 mins that will total to 24mins of the time I was supposed to wait,not the hour I was told about... telling me again that the manager says we out of chicken!! I went back home as unsatisfied customer, because why? Failure to make a customer happy, failure to deliver speed of service...... May this type of behaviour be dealt with, it's not good at all for business.. I'm totally disappointed in such...

I went to the drive thru to collect my online order and the lady on the intercom said she would check and that I should proceed. When I arrived at the window she said she can't check and that I should go inside the store. At the next window I told them, it's an online order due for collection at 17:30, gave them my name aswell. The lady at this window outright refused to assist and insisted that I go inside. Eventually I go inside and my order is sitting on the counter 1 meter away from the the drive thru collection window. Why could the food not just be passed to me at the window? Why did the lady need to insist that I go in store. If she spent 30sec to ask someone at the front counter, literally 1 meter away from her, this inconvenience could have been avoided. This is no way to be treating customers and shoes clearly the level of customer service training that KFC affords...
