Steers Signet Terrace — Restaurant in Gauteng

Today, 3rd of April 2021, around 11-12 pm, I purchased a ribster meal from Steers Signet. The meal was out in less than 5 minutes. I drank from the milkshake first and it was horrible, tasteless like water was poured in it. I took a bite on the burger and the patty was red with blood. I almost vomited because of how disgusting it was. I made a trip and returned the burger. The staff said they had just microwaved it because that's how it's done and there's nothing wrong with the burger. They took it in, took the patty from the burger and grilled it and returned it to me. I took it back and asked why they gave me the same buns. They took the burger and gave me another one while laughing and talking nonsense about me. It was even worse, the patty was even more red, the pickles were not even sliced and just put the. The presentation was horrible. I took it back in and they started laughing, all the staff making fun of my experience and chatting to customers about how unreasonable I was. I told them to take the burger and see if they could eat it and left my meal there. They continued laughing behind my back as I left. No manager on site just useless waitresses. I will never ever buy from this steers again. Horrible people that do not deserve their job

Such a disappointment. Surely this will be the very last time I buy from this specific establishment. The quality of your food is nauseating. Bought wacky burgers today, 03-03-21, the patties are burnt to charcoal. If the patty is not burnt, the burger is dry and the buns are stale. Thanks...
