KFC R101 Pretoria — Restaurant in Gauteng

I have mixed feelings about this. The guy that I placed an order with very nice and was able to explain and give information about items on the menu. I paid then moved on to collect. Then everything changed. Met this guy who was just plain rude and condescending. He was just angry but then I didnt think much of it and just wanted to get my order and leave. He gave me the order then just left, no checking or confirming if everything was there. I realised that only 1 drink was given instead of 2 ordeded, then had to wait for him to come back to ask about the other 1. (So the first guy made a mistake and charged 1 drink instead of 2). I was told to either go back to the que on the drive through and order another drink or park the car and place the order in the shop. The que was long and I had my kids in the car, which is the reason I went to the drive through and waited in that long que. So now I was told to join that same que again. This rude person just told me it's not his fault and wasnt going to solve other people's problems. I told him to call his supervisor seeing that he wasnt going to charge for the other drink and give it to me. He decided to charge for the 1 drink, eventually, and just threw it to my window. Then told me that the next time I come to the shop he'll send me inside the shop and wont have to deal with me. Keke at the cash window is excellent in not just customer service but has what we call Ubuntu. The lady is really respectful and I love her confidence too. The guy at pick up window was slow and not sure about orders but friendly, he needs to be faster and more efficient. There needs to be a way of communication between the two windows though because the guy kept asking me if Keke had given me anything on the cash window, this made me feel like I have to prove my innocence to assure him I'm not defrauding them by taking things that Keke already gave me. The staff looks exhausted. I ordered 4xwing crush box& a street wise 2 with a coke sut down. Before my order was placed the 2 staff members had a discussion infront of us ,I asked what is the problem i was told its about the meet .we went to sit upstairs surprisingly food came in a paperbag with no salt,no tomato sauce no serviette& the coke for streetwise 2 was not ordered.
