KFC Thatchfield — Restaurant in Gauteng

Good evening. I had forgotten my cell phone on top of the count at KFC Thatchfield, on my arrival at home that's when I realized that I had left my phone at the shop. On my first attempt call my phone it was answered by a male who introduced himself as the manager, because it was his knock off time, we arranged to meet by Curror Thatchfield were he gave me my phone back.

I would like to thank him for his trustworthiness and kindness. There are very few people like him these days.

KFC always delivers on the quality of their food, and my recent visit was no exception. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and delicious as expected. However, the service could use some improvement, especially during busy periods like month-end. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it resulted in longer wait times than usual. Not very pleased with the service from this branch, if you are ordering on the app you are forced to receive deliveries from this branch. We have ordered twice online and first time my order wasn’t delivered after an hour so I went to the store and waited for almost an hour to get a refund. Same experience again. If you cannot cope with orders at month end then do not accept online orders. I have never had issues with blu valley mall, why can this branch not offer the same...
