McDonald's Albermarle Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

This place is HORRIBLE I THINK A FOOD SAFETY PERSON SHOULD WALK IN HERE URGENTLY ITS SICK AS WE WALKED IN THE WHOLE PLACE SMELLED LIKE SOMEONE WENT TO THE TOILET IN THIS MCDONALD'S SEATING AREA I SHUT THEIR TOILET DOOR THINKING MAYBE THEY ARE CLEANING GIVE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT NO THEY WHERE NOT THE STAFF WAS WORKING IN THAT DRAIN TOILET SMELL. The hours say 06:00 online their staff wont work after 07:30 and tell you walk through the drive through they can't help you at the counter but the kiosk does not have that option its ridiculous then they load an menu item and the price is R40 more and all they say obviously very incompetent staff we can only order it like that so I told them 1st it smells like a public porter potty in there 2nd no staff is working the one that come eventually cant work the syste. We eat Breakfast at McDonald's Lambton 2-3 times a week the beautiful staff are so so so helpful the cleaning lady never ever stops Im really sorry I tried The Reef they do have video cameras they can check this date and see a client closed their toilets because you cant breathe in there they need to check how safe it is to eat there nough said Im back in Lambton this McDonald's has always been Above standard!!!!!! We have been going to this McDonald's since The Reef opened up as it is close to us. But in the recent few months we have been very upset about the service. We have given up trying to give them chances, they keep messing up orders even after we double check everything and they miss stuff but then we need to pay the extra money to fix the order they mess up. When we bring up with the staff that the order is wrong they get defensive and rude, this has happened the past 5 times we have gone there and we are rather going to drive further to a better McDonald's that actually has good service and gets our orders right. Every single time I go to McDonald’s in the morning there is a problem with the service from your staff. 2.Today I needed to order something that is not on the breakfast menu and the front desks card machine is not working and has not being working for three months so they expected me as a client to go through the drive thru and use that card machine.When I get to the drive thru the lady is not responding I went there 2 times.
