Absolute disappointment, no more. I ordered 2 Mc Royal Meals and a choc hazel nut iced coffee on the side,the driver (MrD)got here my order was short with 1 drink , he was so humble and it was raining i cud almost feel sorry for him and he was willing to help, promised to fetch what was short, when i got into the house opened their sealed order, the chips were also short i immediately logged the call to lodge my complain, from the person who answered the phone, no telephone etiquette at all , they even leave you holding on the phone while your artime run out and they speak in the backround, this store is somethingelse, customer care is important bathung!!!!    Read moreI'm writing this review emotional, and not sure who needs to refund between Mcd Diepkloof and Uber Eats. I made an order 11/06/2025 at around 12:44, the estimated delivery time was 13:15, and till now I have not received my order. The delivery guy called and told me to cancel the order because he's unable to deliver it due to an ongoing strike taking place Meadowlands side, and after cancelling the order I'm told I will forfeit the order amount and NOT get refunded.
Who's fault is it that my order my NOT delivered?????? I was not aware of the strike, The Mcd Diepkloof should have cancelled my order on the spot, so that I'm able to to order somewhere else. They debit my account, and I don't receive the food ordered.
I do not have my money, and I do not have my order.

Had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to authorise a change to my order. It was hot and I was getting really agitated.
When I got to the next window, my fries were almost cold and I was also served a warm soda that was filled to the brim causing it to leak and spill - when I asked why my drink was hot and had no ice, I was told that some people want ice and some don't (I don't remember ever being asked if I wanted mine with or without ice.)
