I’ve just come from McDonald’s 18 and I’m honestly never returning. This is now the first bad experience I’ve had with McDonald’s,

Let me break it down: • Incorrect Order: I asked the cashier to confirm my order before payment, and what was printed on the slip versus what I actually received were completely different. • Out of Stock: They had NONE of the items I originally wanted. No ice cream. No crème shake. What is a McDonald’s without the basics? • Poor Service: The lady at the drive-thru till was shockingly rude, impatient, and just plain unprofessional. I asked her nicely to read my order back to me, she looked irritated and uninterested. When she handed me the slip, she didn’t even bother to stretch her hand out, I had to physically lean out of my car to get it. • Bad Food & No Sauce: The passion fruit and lemonade tasted like plain soda water. My nuggets weren’t ready, so I had to wait, and on top of that, no sauce was included. I honestly feel like I wasted my time and money driving there only not to receive the value for my money. • Attitude at Its Worst: Honestly, I’ve never experienced such cold, careless energy from someone in a service role. If she doesn’t want to do the job, she shouldn’t be there.

I’ve been going to this branch often. And somewhat somewhere the older women working there are just rude. They don’t greet back. They’re just moody. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the training or management but something must give. The only time I’ve had good service there was if served by the younger girls. I know it’s not everyone. But this experience left such a bad taste that I can’t see myself ever going back.

According to my slip, the Crew ID is 83 - Khuthadzo Ramagoma. I’m not sure if she is the cashier or not, but the person at that window definitely deserves a 0/10 for customer service.

I don't know how to express the disappointement I'm feeling. I'm a big fan of McDonald's, but today I was very disappointed with what I was served at McDonald's Edleen. I bought two meals 1 Big Mack and 1 quarter bounder. After a long day I was hoping for a scrumptious meal, but "No" your restaurant took advantage of me, sold me old spoiled, decayed food. Just after a single bite on the burger, I got disappointed, the patty was dry and old, the burger didn't have any sauce, not to mention the cheese, you would swear that it was taken from the waste and served to me, I had to throw away the distasteful meal. A family member ordered "2 x Boerie and Egg EVM" meals. Instead we got 2 x meals that "looked" like sausage mcmuffin meals. No sauce no nothing. I just want to say that this outlet is a "total" disgrace to McDonalds. They cannot hear, they cannot give you the correct order and "although" they are not busy they just cannot get it right. Look at all the comments. Please, Edleen in Kempton Park deserves better service. BUT it seems that the McDonalds management is also not reading or hearing well.... Close the outlet if you cannot...
