I went to McDonald's mams mall at the 31 March 2025....yoh it's was a very big disappointment. Me n my partner love to buy there But now no more with the attitude n disrespectful that we received from the manager it was cold full. We wanted to buy our favorite meal with is Bic mac meal with cheese chilli fries,but wen we saw tht the fries tht we wanted are not available in the store so we asked MARIA to make sure tht in real thy don't have the fries 2day.What maria advised us to buy only burgers in store and use the app to order the chilli fries because in the app I can get them I said ok n dd tht while I was processing my order in my app I contacted with the self-service machine to scan my order BUT I GOT "THE ITEAM IS NOT AVAILABLE.SO now my burger's are ready but no fries so we asked for a refund because we enjoy McDonald's food as a meal with our chilli fries.So thy called out the manager to help us with refund she came there n started to confused our explanation my partner stopped her n said I dd not say tht she ok ok then what are u saying with attitude n her face it's was full of anger n she was talking loud every customers n the waitress were just looking,I think she treats everyone with attitude n disrespect because no one was surprised of her behavior thy just said dnt worried she will help u...she went at the bck for a while n came bck with the same attitude now she waving her hands n saying were is the slip were is the slip n it's was just on top of the counter were she left it.I was so very sad couz me n my family love mc d so much now we face ppl like tht,instead of helping me n explain what's wrong n why cant we get the fries nope she was so angry at us for doing her job.she is a short n dark lady n she wears...

Despite visiting during a relatively quiet period, we had to wait over an hour for our order to be prepared. What's more frustrating is that customers who arrived after us received their orders first, even though we were there before them.
The training staff member assigned to us seemed overwhelmed, constantly switching between assisting us and attending to other customers at the till point. When we finally complained about the wait, we were assisted, but not before deciding to change our order to takeaway due to the excessive wait time for dining.
What's most concerning is that this isn't an isolated incident. We frequently experience issues with our orders being incorrect, and when we bring it to their attention, the response is often dismissive, with a generic excuse about it being a "big order." This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the prices...
Read moreWe ordered via the drive thru. Our order was taken nicely until we had to collect then Nomfundo told us to wait for the Frapei at the last window. We went and parked there for a good 30 minutes. When she decided to come, she brought the drinks (Frapei included) and then asked us what else did we order. To our disappointment she had not prepared our order which was said to have been completed. When she decided to bring the food ten minutes later she did not bring our ice cream. When we raised this with her she brought it and just put her hand through the window with the cone covered in wrinkled tissue paper and no cone cover. That's when we asked for the manager, Lesedi. He also explained that we were the second customers to complain about Nomfundo the same day. She gave us extremely terrible service. Did not know what we ordered but made us wait.
