First time I went there as a walk in in the morning around 8:30, the manager (black lady) saw me stading at the till waiting for assistance to place an order, I was the only customer at the time inside and she kept me waiting for 5 minutes before screaming for someone to help me - my question: why couldn't you help me for 2 minutes while you are doing nothing and standing there trying to ignore me eventhough eyecontact was made? And rather leave me for 5 minutes waiting. Poor service
Second time I went there, there was a problem with my order in the drive through, the person taking the orders may stil be new and I saw she was confused with my question I asked so she called the manager (same lady as above). When she spoke to me she was so rude and raised her voice almost screaming at me for no reason when explaining something eventhough I stayed calm and told her to continue with the order. VERY VERY bad service and I would definitely NEVER hire such person as a Manager whom doesn't even know the basics of customer service. Read moreFood was ordered and it didn’t come. Order nbr went off from screen. Thabelo who was busy sweeping the floor reminded the stuff behind the counter about my order and was ignored. I even joked with Thabelo and asked her if the order was talking long because they were slaughtering the chicken first. She went behind the counter and started being busy with my order. A guy even asked her if she was busy with my order and she said yes. I had to remind her that am yet to get the ice cream and the stone l had ordered. I asked for the Manager and a guy wearing a tag “Xolani, crew trainer” came, the same guy who spoke to Thabelo while she was busy with my order. I was told that the person who was supposed to do my order just left for lunch. Even after explaining the problem to Xolani he said oh. I asked if he was not going to apologise for the treatment l received. He just stared at me and l left.
